翁凯旋

　　1958年9月生于重庆 汉族

　　1978年 考入四川美术学院附中

　　1981年 升入四川美术学院本科绘画系油画专业

　　1985年 本科毕业，获文学学士学位，同年考取四川美术学院油画系攻读硕士学位研究生。

　　1988年 研究生毕业，获文学硕士学位，同年留校任教至今。

　　现为中国美术家协会会员，中国油画学会理事，四川美院教授。硕士生导师。

　　作品《黑山谷系列7》、《雪融系列6》,《黑山谷系列9》,被中国美术馆收藏。作品大量发于国家级省级刊物，出版有个人专集、编着，并有多篇论文发表。

　　1991年 丙烯画“八月的风”等三十幅，在香港十三艺廊展出，十一幅被国际友人收藏，香港

　　1990年 油画《四川西部系列》十六福，《老城系列》二十幅于11月在香港艺术中心举办了个展，其中大部分被香港友人收藏，香港
